With the travel industry well and truly up and running again, it’s great to see so many TV campaigns advertising holidays to sun drenched locations and generally encouraging people to book holidays abroad.
VCCP’s current campaign for easyJet marks the airline’s first new pan-European campaign since the pandemic began, and we were tasked by the agency to create colour visuals and an animatic to go into research for their new “nextGen easyJet” TV campaign.
Asked to capture the magical spirit of going on holiday, Think Artfully artist Miras created these playful, colourful frames. Working closely with the agency creative TV, loose pencil sketches were creative before finally going into full colour renders.
Our in-house editing team worked on the edit, animating the flying figures with subtle movements and using pans and zooms to give the impression that they are flying through the sky.
