Aiming to demystify the sinister scam of phishing, we worked with HSBC to create a clear and informative animation which explains to HSBC’s customers how to spot a potential phishing scam, and what to do in the event you receive a fake email.

With the increasing sophistication of online scams, it was important that our explainer video would be clearly understood by all. For this we created a paired-back illustration style that would focus the viewers attention with thoughtful movement and transitions.

Pace and accessible fonts were also carefully considered to ensure that the key messaging would be clearly understood yet engaging to all.
